Refund and Cancellation Policy


Deposits

  • Deposits are made to secure your booking appointment and we charge a $ or %
  • In the event that another customer makes an appointment that coincides with your desired time, an error message will be sent to the affected customer's email and a refund of the deposit will be initiated
  • We keep the card, used to pay for the deposit, on file in the case of: customer does not have sufficient funds on their body or a no show

Cancellations

  • In the event of a no show, the card on file that was used to pay for the deposit will be charged up to the full amount of the cost of service(s) that the customer booked
  • We require a 24 hour notice for cancelling appointments, if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours of appointment time: barber will charge a late-notice cancellation fee (fees vary depending on the barber)
